2.2 One Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same device, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this policy, all associated accounts may be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

tc666 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time it deems necessary. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. If false information is provided or a user is uncooperative with verification, the account may be suspended.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The payment methods currently accepted at tc666 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Once the deposit process is complete, funds are added to the account instantly.

• You must use a payment account registered in your own name to make a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and the funds may be returned in such cases.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawal funds will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met.
• Each withdrawal request may take some time to review.
• tc666 may temporarily hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity is suspected.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds generally do not apply to bets or games that have already been completed. In the case of technical errors, tc666 will make a decision at its discretion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

• For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Larger example: on a deposit of ৳8,000, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not including the deposit. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — completing the wagering requirements is mandatory.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Misuse of bonuses or bonus hunting activity is prohibited.
• tc666 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of a breach of terms is found.
• Each bonus offer has an expiry period, and if the wagering requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

All users must follow the code of conduct below while playing at tc666:

• It is prohibited to attempt to influence game outcomes through any form of cheating, hacking, software tools, or automated systems.
• It is prohibited to use indecent, abusive, or threatening language toward other users or tc666 staff.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
